CENTCOM logs 55 Hormuz transits

CENTCOM said 55 merchant ships moved through the Strait of Hormuz on June 20, carrying more than 17 million barrels of oil to global markets. AP reported the same weekend that Iran was again using Lebanon strikes to pressure the interim deal even as negotiators headed to Switzerland.

Why this matters. The 55-ship count is the first hard shipping receipt after the MOU, but the simultaneous Lebanon-linked closure threat shows why ship traffic, not signatures, is the real stress gauge.
