Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, posted on X that Tehran will not negotiate with Washington until Iran's conditions are met, dismissing President Trump's prior statement that the US was 'open' to engaging with Iran. Rezaei wrote 'No talks until Iran's conditions are met. Period!' and warned the situation around oil and regional waterways has changed, referencing Iran's demands for war reparations and sanctions relief before ending its Strait of Hormuz blockade.

Israeli forces operating in the Lebanese buffer zone found a concealed Hezbollah rocket launcher loaded with 32 missiles, which the military said had been abandoned by the group before the ceasefire took effect.

The Saudi-led coalition said Houthi forces fired ballistic missiles and drones at the Saudi cities of Khamis Mushait, Abha and Taif, injuring 13 civilians with minor to moderate wounds and damaging seven homes and two vehicles, coalition spokesman Maj. Gen. Turki al-Maliki said. Saudi Civil Defense had issued 'potential danger' alerts earlier for six cities including Jeddah, Yanbu, Taif, Abha, Jazan and Alula before later declaring the danger had passed.

U.S. Central Command publicly disputed an IRGC Navy claim that the Panama-flagged oil tanker El Gaia struck a naval mine south of the Strait of Hormuz. CENTCOM said the 180-meter, 48,000-deadweight-ton tanker was actually hit by an Iranian missile last month and struck again by a drone over the weekend while off the coast of Oman, calling Iran's mine claim 'yet another example of their lies.' Thirteen Indian crew members were rescued from the vessel and one remains missing. Separately, Hormuz vessel transits fell to four on Monday from ten on Sunday.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced an expansion of its 'Janfada' ('Sacrificing Life') volunteer mobilization campaign, saying it plans to train 1,000 'national resistance' battalions, with new courses set to begin Tuesday.

Iran's state broadcaster reported that two fishing vessels were struck by drones off the coast of southern Iran, with several fishermen reported missing following the strikes. No party has yet claimed responsibility.
