IAEA report says lack of access to Iran's nuclear material is a proliferation concern

In a quarterly report seen by news agencies on Sept. 1, the IAEA said its 'lack of information about this nuclear material and access to facilities to verify it is a matter of proliferation concern' and called for 'utmost urgency' in resolving it, singling out the bombed Isfahan site.

Why this matters. The report goes to the IAEA Board of Governors, while Iran's nuclear chief says sites hit by military strikes cannot be inspected until new protocols are agreed.
