Reuters reports UAE funds channel
Guardian live carried Reuters reporting that the UAE agreed to unlock $10B-$20B in Iranian funds, with more than $3B reportedly already delivered, in return for a halt to Iranian attacks on the UAE. Later UAE denials mean this remains a disputed cash-channel report, not a settled deal receipt.
Why this matters. The money leg matters because economic relief is the performance gate Iran wants first; the denial makes bank-transfer, sanctions-license or escrow proof a watchpoint before treating the MOU as implemented.
