Kpler data cited by Reuters showed the 10-day average of commodity vessels crossing the Strait of Hormuz fell to 10 a day on Sunday, from more than 15 on Friday; only two ships crossed on Saturday and six on Sunday, mostly using Iran's route.

Why it matters
