Iranian armed forces chief Major-General Ali Abdollahi outlined conditions including an end to hostilities across all fronts, including Lebanon and Gaza; sanctions relief, asset releases and reparations; recognition of Iranian sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz; and guarantees against future aggression. Qatar separately said Washington and Tehran were reviewing its proposal for renewed negotiations.
