Iranian state TV, IRNA, Tasnim and Fars reported that Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, 86, had been killed, with Fars saying he died at his office and that a daughter and grandson were also killed. The government declared 40 days of mourning and a seven-day public holiday.
