Israel declares all of south Lebanon below the Zahrani River a combat zone

Israel's army ordered residents of Tyre and nearby camps and villages to move north of the Zahrani River, then declared all areas south of the river "combat zones" and struck what it called Hezbollah command centres in Tyre. The Zahrani lies about 25 miles from the border, farther north than the Litani, the previous line.
Why it matters
The order put Tyre, Nabatieh and everything south of the Zahrani under blanket evacuation while a truce nominally held.
