Israeli attacks killed at least 18 people across Lebanon, including seven killed and 15 wounded in a strike on a building housing displaced families in Saksakiyeh, Lebanon's Health Ministry said. Israel said it hit Hezbollah members in a structure used for military purposes and was reviewing reports of civilian harm.
