Mohammad Mokhber, an adviser to Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, wrote on X that flights in the region would be open to everyone or to no one, and that no country in the region would have airport services if Iran is denied them, after the UAE and Iraq closed their airports to Iranian carriers under U.S. sanctions.
