Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a video message that Israeli troops were about to take the Hezbollah stronghold of Bint Jbeil and that he had instructed the army to widen and extend eastward the security zone it holds in southern Lebanon, while negotiating with Lebanon on disarming Hezbollah.
