The United Arab Emirates' top prosecutor said an Omani co-pilot who assaulted the captain of FlyDubai flight 1073 had planned to seize the Dubai-Tel Aviv flight and crash it into a Ben Gurion Airport terminal. The flight made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia on September 30.
