Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said long-range strikes in the Caspian Sea hit 'vessels used in military cargo shipments involving Iran.' Iran's foreign ministry said the attack caused an explosion on an Iranian commercial ship that killed one sailor and injured another, summoned Ukraine's charge d'affaires, and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the attack 'cannot go unanswered.'
