A new AP-NORC survey found that 69% of U.S. adults say the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran has not been worth fighting, while 71% disapprove of President Donald Trump’s handling of Iran.
Why it matters
The poll gives Trump and U.S. lawmakers a new measure of domestic opposition as they weigh further military action or diplomacy with Iran.
