Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan that Tehran was ready to facilitate dialogue between Saudi Arabia and Yemen and support a political solution, Al Jazeera reported, citing Saudi state media and Araghchi's Telegram post.
Why it matters
Iran's offer creates a potential diplomatic channel between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis as attacks on Saudi airports and energy infrastructure continue.
