Hours into truce, drones hit Kuwait oil and power sites and Iran's Lavan refinery

Kuwait's Defence Ministry said it intercepted 28 Iranian drones from 05:00 GMT in "an intense wave," with some causing significant damage to oil facilities, three power stations and desalination plants; Iran's refining company said its Lavan Island refinery was hit at 06:30 GMT, starting a fire without casualties, without naming the attacker. The UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain also reported attacks after the ceasefire announcement.
