Netanyahu's office said Israel supports suspending strikes on Iran for two weeks, provided Iran immediately opens the strait and halts attacks, but that "the two-weeks ceasefire does not include Lebanon," contradicting Pakistan's prime minister, who said it applied everywhere including Lebanon. Trump and the White House later said Lebanon was not part of the deal, and Vance called it a "legitimate misunderstanding."
