Flydubai suspended all flights to and from Israel while authorities investigate the cockpit incident on a Dubai-to-Tel Aviv flight in which one pilot stabbed another and allegedly tried to take control of the aircraft.
Why it matters
The suspension removes a direct commercial air link between the UAE and Israel while investigators establish whether the incident had a broader security connection.
