Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem said the group 'categorically' rejects the US-brokered direct negotiations between Lebanon and Israel and their outcomes and will not give up its weapons. President Joseph Aoun replied that talks are not treason, 'treason is committed by those who take their country to war to achieve foreign interests', and said a ceasefire is the necessary first step.
