IAEA chief says strikes hit Natanz and Isfahan nuclear sites but damage appears minor

IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi told reporters in Paris that the campaign had caused "a couple" of impacts at Natanz and one at Isfahan, close to a tunnel, and called the damage "not a very major one." He did not say when the sites were hit or by whom.

Why it matters

The watchdog's account indicated Iran's nuclear infrastructure had so far taken only limited damage, even though Washington and Israel cited the nuclear program as a core reason for the war.
