CENTCOM said a U.S. aircraft disabled the engine of the unladen Botswana-flagged tanker M/T Lexie, bound for Kharg Island, after its crew ignored warnings. The IRGC said it fired at a 'US-Israeli' vessel and, after a U.S. strike near Qeshm, at U.S. targets including Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain; CENTCOM said two missiles fired at Kuwait fell short, three aimed at Bahrain were intercepted and the Fifth Fleet claim was false.
