An Iranian ballistic missile hit a multistory residential building in Haifa on Sunday; after an 18-hour rescue, Israeli authorities recovered four bodies, and the Philippines said one victim was a Filipina killed with her Israeli husband and his parents. The IDF said Iranian attacks had killed 21 Israeli civilians in the war.
