Part of an Iranian cluster warhead hit the Bazan oil refinery complex in Haifa Bay on Thursday afternoon, starting a fire, while Energy Minister Eli Cohen said crews were restoring power in parts of the north. No injuries were reported at the refinery and the Environmental Protection Ministry found no hazardous leak.
