Iran's Revolutionary Guard said the Middle East offices of 18 U.S. companies it accused of helping U.S. and Israeli strikes, including Microsoft, Apple, Google, Meta, Nvidia, Boeing and J.P. Morgan, would be legitimate targets from Wednesday. It told employees to leave and people within one kilometer of the sites to move away.
Why it matters
Iranian drones had already damaged Amazon Web Services facilities in the UAE and Bahrain this month, so the threat puts corporate hubs across Gulf cities in the line of fire.
