Israeli warplanes struck the outskirts of Kfar Tebnit and Nabatieh al-Fawqa and the Zibqin valley, while artillery shelled towns in the Bint Jbeil and Marjayoun districts overnight and into Monday, Lebanon's National News Agency reported. Lebanese authorities say Israeli attacks since March 2 have killed at least 4,386 people.
Why it matters
Strikes continue despite the June 26 framework agreement, and ending the war in Lebanon is one of Iran's conditions for reopening Hormuz.
