Lebanon's Foreign Ministry declared Tehran's ambassador persona non grata and ordered him to leave by Sunday, while allowing a charge d'affaires to keep running the embassy; the government accuses the Revolutionary Guard of operating in Lebanon alongside Hezbollah. Hezbollah called the move a "national and strategic sin" and demanded it be reversed immediately.
