Saudi Arabia reports its first war deaths after a projectile hits homes in Al-Kharj

Saudi Civil Defense said a military projectile fell on a residential area in Al-Kharj governorate, killing an Indian and a Bangladeshi resident and wounding 12 Bangladeshis. They were the first deaths Saudi Arabia had reported since the war began on Feb. 28.
Why it matters
Within hours Washington ordered nonessential diplomats out of the kingdom, and Riyadh warned Tehran it would be the "biggest loser" if attacks on Arab states continued.
