The Israeli military said two soldiers were killed in combat in southern Lebanon, naming one as Master Sgt. Maher Khatar, 38, a combat engineer in the 91st Division from Majdal Shams. They were the first Israeli troop deaths since fighting with Hezbollah reignited.
