Trump told Congress that Iran was "again pursuing their sinister ambitions" after last June's U.S. strikes and was working on missiles that "will soon reach" the United States. He said he preferred diplomacy but would never allow Iran a nuclear weapon, and that Tehran had not said "those secret words."
