Trump says Israel will stop hitting South Pars, threatens to destroy it if Iran hits Qatar

In a Truth Social post Wednesday night, Trump said Israel would make no more attacks on Iran's South Pars gas field but that if Iran attacked Qatar again the United States would "massively blow up the entirety" of the field. He said the U.S. "knew nothing" about Israel's strike, although a person familiar with the matter told AP Washington had been informed of the plan.
