An Israeli strike in the Jezzine area killed Al-Manar correspondent Ali Shoeib and Al-Mayadeen reporter Fatima Ftouni; Al Jazeera reported that her brother and colleague Mohammed was also killed. Israel said Shoeib was a Hezbollah intelligence operative, without providing evidence, and Lebanon's president called the strike a blatant crime.
