Iran told the IAEA that another projectile hit the premises of the Russian-built Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant on Tuesday, with no damage to the plant or injuries to staff; Iran's atomic agency blamed Israel and the United States, and IAEA chief Rafael Grossi repeated his call for maximum restraint.

Why it matters

It was the second reported hit on the grounds of Iran's only commercial nuclear plant in about a week, days after Trump threatened to strike Iran's biggest power plant first.
