U.S. strikes Iranian missile sites and mine-laying boats near Hormuz; Iran says 4 killed

CENTCOM said U.S. forces carried out self-defense strikes in southern Iran on missile launch sites and boats trying to lay mines, while "using restraint during the ongoing ceasefire"; explosions were reported around Bandar Abbas. An IRGC-affiliated channel named four navy personnel it said were killed south of Larak Island, and Iran's Foreign Ministry called the strikes a "grave violation of the ceasefire".
